The kettuvallom of kerala are the giant country craft measuring up to 80 feet in length. Once a means of transport, now a tourist fantasy. A kettuvallom usually has one to four well furnished bath attached bed rooms, an open lounge, deck Kitchenette and a crew comprising oarsmen, a cook and if you wish a guide. Usually the check in time will be 11:00am and check out time 10:00 am next day.
As soon as the tourist check in the house boat it will go for the sight seeing, by the time they can have all food like break fast, lunch, dinner, enough tea, coffee and fruits, cruise starts with lunch and finish with break fast. In the night the boat will anchor somewhere in the backwater assuring hundred percentage safety. Again early morning they can have a small cruise up to 9:00 am.
